Dredge Bypassing blocked lockers

Just played against a Dredge who was hopping into blocked lockers next to hooked survivors and camping the hook. Pretty sure that shouldn't be a thing.... unless we want to start "Basement Dredge" as a meme.

  That's entirely a thing. It's no different to any other killer camping the hook, you can see when the Dredge is in a locker.
