Hag needs a rework
At this point in the game, it's kinda shocking to see that Hag still hasn't gotten any kind of touch up or buff. You never see people play jer anymore and for good reason; she's just not viable with her kit and how easily it's destroyed or taken out. She csnt protect her hexes, she's extremely slow I'm general and it's very easy to keep her from teleporting around by destroying her Catalyst traps. Hag really needs an update to make her viable again

Dude she is literally one of the strongest killers in the game if you set it up right you can end a game with Hag in under 4 minutes. She doesn’t even need slowdown perks cause of her fast snowball
she doesn’t need a rework she’s strong as is

Hag is easily a top 5 killer and if anything needs some add ons nerfed (mint rag)

I have not seen a mint rag Hag since 2017. It is a hard addon to manage and requires a different playstyle. It is very easy to teleport to the wrong trap just like with Dredge and lockers.
I use her aggressively by just trapping dead zones randomly. A team with a dedicated harasser with a flashlight can make her life difficult though.

I'd argue that Hag fits even in the top 3 killers. Any further buff would make her crazy. People do not play her, because she seems boring, her playstyle is slow and constant repairing of web is not for everyone. You can make crazy builds with her, but people usually stick with other killers, that are easier and a little bit more fun. However, fun area is a spectrum and I won't argue about that.
For reference, you can take a look at Hag main Michi - https://www.youtube.com/c/MichiDBD_Michi.

My problem is that it makes camping insanely easy if survivors don’t have flashlights. The only counterplay to that situation is an item which should never be the case imo

My personal belief is people don't play the hag because they think she's weak. When you play against someone with that mentality or someone new or just a bad player you can tell, they body camp the hook or set up multiple traps near the hook and they lose the enjoyment of the hunt. Hag is perfectly fine the way she is and the way she was intended to be played. Playing the hag is a chess game not just brute force.

The counterplay is crouching but I know what you mean. It can be rough if the player chooses to play that way.

Whenever I play Hag my games are always pretty strong, providing I dodge the flashlights...

Not really when she can just teleport on demand. Even then the add on has no downsides if you know how to use it besides not being able to scroll wheel (which shouldn’t really be a thing anyway)

Hag is actually very good, but she play unlike every other killer. She is not chase focuses, but rather requires strategic placement of traps to catch survivors. This play style isn't for everyone so you don't see a lot of hag players

Good Hags are insanely strong, the big majority of players just use her as camping simulator. She's easily A tier, I think most people just don't have fun playing as her and against her so they don't bother learning her.

Hag is an insanely strong killer, she used to be S tier, definitely high A tier for sure though. Extremely high skill ceiling, lots of synergy with perks, heavy snowball, etc.
