How the hell you nerfed ruin that much without addressing ''Hexes getting cleansed to fast issue?''
ruin is already getting cleansed in 30 seconds...
Absolute joke. At least bring the old undying back if you wanna butcher ruin...

150% lvl 3 wouldve been reasonable.
But 100%? I already never equip ruin if it's lvl 1 because lvl 1, it's an absolutely terrible perk.
At 100% it's actually better not to have ruin because ruin prevents you from kicking gens... now that kicking gen is good, why would I ever equip a perk that prevents me from doing so?
