Shouldn't off the record also deactivate during endgame?
Considering it now kind of has a similar effect as DS I think the endurance effect should deactivate during endgame just like DS deactivates

Off the Record only makes it harder to locate the survivor after hook. It does not make them immune to being grabbed.
Not sure why you want to nerf a perk no one really uses.

That's my only concern, too- 80 seconds of Endurance in the end game is a lot, and might be pretty obnoxious to deal with.
Though, on the flip side, it looks like fewer matches are actually going to get to the endgame, so maybe it won't be that big of a problem?

I agree by the by, it's the new free escape at the end of the game. 5 seconds of BT is fine if you don't hook directly next to the gate, a minute and a half...less so.

Kinda the wrong mindset imo, they have just acknowledged a issue they themselves have with the game (DS in endgame) so making a new version of the same issue in the same patch is kinda weird
