Find a map who have no possiblity to use balanced landing

I was playing on autoheaven but for the whole game a found no place to use balancd landing .
Is it something i need to report ? as a bug ?
or is it something normal ? here is the map code (by the pause menu).

You can use Balanced landing in every map because every map has either a shack basement or a main building with a drop.

now, it's much worse on some maps, but it can still trigger.
