When does the Prestige rework go live? Do I have time?

Does anyone know if it's a week after PTB, or more like three weeks? I just want to know if I have time to P3 a character i'm levelling or if I should just get flans now since i'll have plenty of time.

just keep the flans until after. its double bloodpoints and later will only take 25 percent of what its currently at. making leveling 4x as easy

I want to prestige before the rework.

The Prestige update is going to go live the same time the rest of the mid-chapter patch goes live. It's usually three weeks after it goes on the PTB.
