New Dead Hard Obliterates Nemesis.
Thats it....thats the thread.
Alright I'll explain. With basic math. Nemesis is the only killer in the game who has to fight through extra health states in order for his power button to have any form of an acknowledgeable effect on survivors.
The maximum amount of health states a killer can go through to kill all survivors is 24, that assumes every survivor heals to full after being hooked.
So thats 12 hooks and 24 health states.
Nemesis under these same circumstances requires at least 32 health states instead of 24
If 4 survivors bring dead hard and use it at least once per chase Nemesis has to now deal with an extra 12 health states maximum.
Bringing his overall maximum health states required to 4k a game up to
44 MAXIMUM HEALTH STATES <--- This assumes every survivor uses dead hard per chase. Assumes every survivor uses their medicine to remove infection. And assumes 12 hooks To complete.
BHVR, why do you insist on increasing the disparity between top tier and low tier killers even further by making changes like this to the game? Nemesis was not ever, has not ever, and will never ever, be some meta ideal killer, he was weak from the get go.
Now before some Nemesis main comes in here high on COPIUM, remember those health states.
Before some survivor main comes in here pretending to care by saying "OH BUT MUH ANTI LOOP SKILL!"
^ Doesn't matter, his base skill has always given you a free health state, you did not take actual damage, thus its not an anti loop skill as his base power set will EXTEND THE LENGTH OF SURVIVOR LOOPS.
BHVR....why do you insist on leaving him like this?

New Dead Hard is not issue for Nemesis, i can say that as Nemesis main. I hated old DH but i can play around new DH.
First Nemesis has small range, so this mean you will be close them while chasing. So you can bait out DH with Nemmy. You will see animation very clear. It should be hard for killers like Huntress, Pyramid, Nurse. But not Nemmy.
Nemmy has good control on his power, he can hold whip for zone out survivor or cancel any time for m1 them. So survivor needs to use DH with very good timing against Nemmy.

Old DH was never a problem for me though as Nemesis. I always ended up hitting them at the end which was fun.

I hated it because sometimes they used DH behind pallets. Game decided to not break pallet or hit survivor. But new DH is looks fair, so i am happy about it.

For me the main problem is just Nemesis himself and just having to hit people 3 times normally anyways. I don't really care much for the DH change, just Nemesis himself.

And the current DH made that worse by not just ignoring his whip but canceling it.
Around a pallet DH can eat the whip preventing Nemy from landing a hit nor breaking the pallet. 2 Survivors together can have DH also eat a whip in it failing to damage either of them. It often takes that 3 hit requirement to 4 or more without anything Nemy can do about it.
PTB DH on the other hand will still be an extra health state but Nemy, or any Killer, can get something out of it by forcing a mend at least without their attack or power being voided.
