Gideon meat plant have too many safe pallets right next to each other

Gideon meat plant is pallet breaking simulator for killers... because there is too many safe pallets too close to one another. For example:

*on top of the bathroom, there is two pallets that the killer has to break... he can't mindgame any of them

*next to the bathroom there is two "god pallets" (next to basement)... the killer can't mindgame them either

*in many rooms (lower floor) you have to break one pallet that prevents you from getting in... and then you also have to get rid of another one inside that you can't mindgame either

Maybe, getting through those double layers is a bit much.

Yeah some of those pallets need to be toned down or something.

Problem is, that there is basically 4 windows. The LT loop that spawn on a bottom corner, the windows on top of the bathroom, the high one and the one in the cold room. That's it. You can't manage to loop a killer with only this 4 windows, and to compensate we have a lot of pallets, to break or to drop. To reduce the pallets they have to add more windows, but to do that they really need to change completly the map (and right now they are working on other maps).

The worst is when you actually play the killer with bamboozle, knowing too damn well that the perk will be unused the entire match.

In August 2021 or somewhere around that time the game had an update as a result of which they added more pallets to each map. You could feel the difference if you constantly played killer. So now every survivor is able to waste so much of your time by just learning basic looping on YT because there's always one pallet around the corner. Thus, most of the games are lost if you have people that can at least loop you by gen rushing. You'll get a bunch of hooks or maybe even a kill but the problem is you have to have weak survs to decisively win. The game is not balanced. A game is balanced when either side with the same skill level can turn the match in ones favor dependent on small things such as timing, small mistakes, etc. In DBD you have a situation where 4 skilled survs will win just by the virtue of the map design and the amount of pallets a map has to offer. You remember back in the day playing surv you were a lil stressed out while being chased by killer because you knew you didnt have that many pallets/vaults around the corner, well know you dont have that feeling simply because theres an abundance of pallets. Playing killer is way more scary and stressful nowadays. The community and devs are tilting games balance into survs favor. Why?

Or . . . maybe you were getting a lot more kills more frequently and now you're going against survivors that are more on your skill caliber but they're better than you

Gen rushing isn't a THING. Survivors are doing their ONLY objective. They're not going to do totems unless you GIVE THEM A REASON TO. Your job is to PREVENT THEM from doing their OBJECTIVE.

If you can't figure out how to apply gen pressure you need to watch a video and assist yourself with perks in that area. You're still going to do poorly for a while because you're going to need to ADJUST to playing the game differently. STOP committing to chases you know you can't win and monitor generators.

There are survivor sided maps and killer sided maps, but killer sided maps are okay and survivor sided ones aren't?

If we're fixing anywhere it needs to be swamp. ZERO people enjoy Swamp. It's a terrible freaking map in ANY variant.

The fact is that you can't even say Gideon is survivor sided. Pallets are useless against Huntress, Nurse, Legion ( ESPECIALLY with their add-on that breaks pallets when Legion slides over them ) and ESPECIALLY with Dredge's perk that breaks pallets when SURVIVORS slide over them " Dissolution "

More pallets artificially increases the difficulty of capture. Hopping from guaranteed safety to guaranteed safety is bogus. At this point the game only becomes a contest at high rank if the four strongest killers are utilized. Otz has good videos, Scott Jund has good videos, the techniques they teach work very well when caught in a loop, but in spite of that, most of the 28-killer roster's "pressure" is rendered inert by the overabundance of resources coupled with short completion times. Not to mention the unreasonable and annoying frequency at which an M1 killer has to just drop chase because there is NOTHING to try within a timely fashion. You should be able to commit to more than 2 chases before the entire thing is just over, which in my opinion after 5000+ hours, is just the most stupid-feeling thing ever. I mean seriously - the average @ high rank is 60% - 80% gen completion before the killer even gets a single hook for nothing but 8.3% completion on their end. "Just pressure better" is not an objectively valid argument at this point.

Gideon being an indoor Map hard-counters Huntress and the bogus amount of God Pallets make playing any M1 Killer (Legion included) unbearable.

Are you honestly complaining about Dissolution, the Perk that reveals itself to Survivors and is only active for 20 seconds 3 seconds after a Survivor got hit? You don't even need to vault Pallets on The Game, just ShiftW from 1 God Pallet to another and Dissolution doesn't exist anymore
