ALL BP OFFERINGS NEED TO BE REMOVED

Every BP offering except S-Pudding, E-Cake, P-streamers and any event ones should be removed.

All BP offerings that are brown-green that I didnt mention are just a waste of BP and pointless fillers, the return on these items is so minimal itd be better to just not have them.

  • Browns = 1k profit max
  • Yellow = 2k profit max
  • Green = 3k profit max

Above is the MAXIMUM bp you can gain from the offerings if you max the category and remove the cost of the actual offering to begin with.

So not only are they not worth the hassle, they are mega fillers in bloodwebs to the point you'll see and be forced to get so many just trying to get actual items/addons you want to use.

BP offerings should be removed, refund players x% for the offerings they have. Make base BP increased by default and then add additional and more interesting offerings.

Hardly ever see any offerings besides BP ones, this is likely because of the grind but its lame. I'd rather offerings that change the game from oak offerings that currently exist to new improved ones such as weather etc.

Side note: you'll be forced into even more low rarity BP offerings in bloodwebs with the prestige changes as you're forced to lvl 1 bloodwebs instead of staying at lvl 50 ones. Which means more fillers, less items and less better rarity items.

While that be a nice change I'd honestly rather them removed and have a better base BP gain.

Feel the game would be more interesting to have offerings that can actually change the game slightly even if it's just more visual things like mist, weather etc. They could even add new terror radius ones.

I feel we should move away from having offerings feeling mandatory

Yeah and now we will only get more with the prestige changes, I dont need 300brown offerings for each category on each character lol

I think they should remove some of them and buff a few others.

Make all the brown rarity ones like a 100% bonus, convert all the other ones into brown ones in your inventory and remove them from the game. Presently, they are basically just pointless blood web clutter that detract from getting something you might actually use or want.

If you have no other bp offerings they are better than nothing, but they are a relic of a different time.

I agree some sort of recycling mechanic would be nice since there are so many offerings and add ons that each side will never use.

Yeah, just unnecesary clutter in the bloodweb.

I still dont understand why this hasnt happened yet at all. Bloodwebs suck so much, removing everything beneath 100% would be so easy. Compensate it by increasing chances on those other BP-offerings. If theyre at it, removing shrouds, fog and luck offerings would be nice too. Just wasted points. Removing something from the grid shouldnt be so hard to deal with, even with their spaghetti code.

All good points, you people brought up here. Just one additional foot for thoughts: don't just look at the BP offerings as a means of gaining additional blood points, they are essentially free or heavily refunded steps on the blood web. Yes, their gain is super smol and not worth the hassle, BUT they basically let you proceed on the Bloodweb for free which has its own worth.

Anniversary offerings need to go as well.

I'd rather see them removed entirely. We, as players, are at a point where we want to trim the fat from the bloodweb. How often do you actually see someone using sub-100% BP Offerings?

Personally, I see them maybe once every 75 games, and it's never from experienced survivors/killers. It's always from survivors/killers who are relatively new to the game and are at or under 50 hours of gameplay.

    May I suggest removing:

ALL KEYS ARE USELESS NOW. lol

I said it in another thread; I haven't seen keys used (maybe 1 out of every 50 matches) since the massive key/hatch nerf. I have keys piling up in my inventory, spend buttloads of BPs on them, and their stupid add-ons. So why is this; 1. Green. 2. Still a thing?

Keys have been gutted. They and their add-ons should not be these high cost items we have to waste BPs on.

They should, at the very least, convert them from being extra BP from single category to extra BP from all categories. Atleast make it so we can earn back the BP spent on the offering.

If they do remove all BP offerings, they'll just be replaced by other trash nodes on the bloodweb. After all, not everything can be Bloody Party Streamers, a Badham map offering, a med kit or a purple toolbox.

So instead of having hundreds of brown BP offerings you'll never use, you'll just end up with twice as many shrouds, blueprints, reagents, or broken keys.

People are always asking for a way to convert unwanted items, add-ons and offerings into BP (and are in this topic), well, BP offerings are effectively a way of doing that. By using them, you are reclaiming the BP spent to get them, plus a little extra for the hassle of not having used something else more worthwhile.

They just need to be a bit ore effective at accomplishing that task. For the most part, doubling their values, to a point, would be sufficient.

Additionally, I would also implement a feature that converts an unwanted item/add-on/offering into a BP offering of the same rarity. This would then serve as your "convert unwanted stuff into BP" mechanic, while still providing something that results in engagement with the actual game (you still need to play the offering).

Basically, if you want to get rid of your broken keys, you'd hit the 'convert' button while it's selected, and it would generate a Fragrant/Bound Envelope/Bloody Party Streamers in it's place.

Converting a Very/Ultra Rare would simply guarantee BPS.

For actual values, I would buff them as follows:

    Category Specific offerings:

    Brown: 100% instead of 50%

    Yellow: 150% instead of 75%

Green: 100% for all survivors (green killer offerings retired) *as it stands, we don't have any category specific offerings that apply to all survivors. This could allow a team to play one of each, and combined they would add up to a BPS.

    Total BP offerings:

Sealed Envelope / Hollow Shell: Demoted from Yellow to Brown, buffed from 25% to 50% in all categories.

Escape Cake / Survivor Pudding: Stays as it is

Bound Envelope / Bloody Envelope: buffed from 25% to 50% for all players (now available for killers as 'Bloody Envelope')

Bloody Party Streamers: Stays as is

In this format, all Green offerings apply their bonuses to other players, while the Brown/Yellow offerings are effectively the old personal Yellow/Green offerings, and then some.

While I get your point a huge reason players go through the bloodweb is to get items/addons so having the BP offerings just not there and more items/addons would be more beneficial in the long run.

Plus the new prestige changes mean more BP offerings, less good items due to the small bloodwebs
