Its quite simple make the yellow engraving basekit but it doesn't affect charge time.

Back revving with an engravings is actually worst than basekit because of the longer charge time
Engravings only increase your movement speed while sprinting, you always move at 100% (4m/s) when charging up your chainsaw (unless you have perks to increase your movement speed)
