Actually incredible Dev update but Overcharge....?
They actually killed the perk lol, why use it over CoB? No one uses it for the skill checks, so now it's just CoB but with a 30 second startup lol. but overall super good changes for the rest of the update

Right, but this isn't a spirit fury enduring thing, these are the same perk but one is garbage lol. they should keep it at 400% if they want they 75% regression nerf.

Instead of killing Overcharge, they could've just not made it stack with Call of Brine. But instead they gutted it. Makes your default kick regression WORSE than standard for 12 seconds? Gen regression is already 1/4th the speed of survivors working on it.
But, you know, nobody bought Sadako, so keeping her perk the only decent regression perk in the game, makes sense.
Gotta make players buy that awful killer if they want a perk that actually works!

You only get 400% after 30 seconds, also if you're really scared of 600% after 30 seconds, they can make it so it's value diminishes when used together or something, as of right now, the perk is dead without the use of another perk, which isn't good design or a good strat

I think it would be fine if it went to 300%
That or have the speed of the skill check be a lot higher the further it gets to maximun

I'd be fine with this, making the skill check harder would synergize with itself pretty well and might actually make it not a totally worthless addition

With Call Of Brine and Overcharge combo regressing speed reached maximum 500% (not 600%).
To be honest they should nerf Overcharge from 400% to 200% and it could be fine.

The amount of regression these two perks could make together in the PTB was flat-out overtuned for how little it costs the killer to kick a gen using two perks that have no other activation conditions or limitations. It's still strong, now. I think the (brief!) regression penalty is a fine tradeoff for the skill check, plus if a survivor taps the gen right away you can just... kick it again for another 2.5%.
It's really hard to lose in this scenario.

I typed CoB, Call of brine, a sadako perk that, when you kick a gen, makes the gen regress 200% instead of 100%, and lets you see when survivors hit skill checks on it

Overcharge was too strong on the PTB, whether you stacked it with brine or not.
