Small changes that still need to be made
Survivors need to spawn all together at the start of a match. Even with the increase in gen time it is still too strong to have them all spawn apart. In fact increasing gen times all around was not a good change. Other changes are necessary.
Survivors need to have kindred as base kit. I have changed my mind on this and since there are lots of changes that have been made I feel like this would fit right in.

If everyone spawned together, anyone, especially Blight with Lethal Pursuer will be able to chase 4 people off gens at the start of the game every game. This, coupled with the increase in gen times would be horrendous.

How long does it take you to run to another generator whilst Blight focuses on another survivor?

So, they all spawn together. Blight comes and disrupts everyone. To get to gens that are not being chased by Blight would be approximately 10-15 seconds. Longer if CI is active. That's a long time to waste every game. Meanwhile, Blight can just rush around the map harassing gens. It doesn't sound like much but an extra 20 seconds can be huge with gen changes.

That is completely avoided if the survivors split up.

As a killer, I quite enjoy the idea to put all the survivors together for a quick snow-ball.
As a survivor I never want that to happen. There is a reason the killer offering to have all survivors splitted-up is never* used.
*) except by beginners maybe

Which is why they are split up. Although as it is now, survivors can all spawn together without the use of an offering. A lot of the time I will spawn with two other players nearby and we split off. I enjoy the randomness of it as it allows variety in the early game.
