Please revert thana buff and actually nerf it a bit.
Gen rush is not a thing anymore, pls look and adjust old perks instead blindly buffing them.
What i propose:
4/4.5/5% per injured or downed survivor, but after 2 tokens effect is halfed, which makes 15% if you get 4 tokens with t3.
OR
Get it back to 4/4.5/5%
Disable the perk for Legion and Plague.

Here are some stats regarding Thanatophobia (lvl 3):
You can see that the old Thanatophobia would increase the pure gen repair time, so increasing gen completion time buffed Thanatophobia, but it was buffed even more. To actually NOT buff Thanatophobia it would need to be 4.54545454....% penalty for every token. But the Devs clearly wanted to buff thana, and I think that that change is understandable. Also below is a graphic showcasing how you cannot make Thana exactly the same, even after taking that 4.5454% nerf, thats just how math works:
