Wraith is borderline unplayable and in need of buffs.
Every single time I try to play this killer I'm reminded of his blatant incompetence to deter survivors from completing their objective. He may be able to traverse the map at a high speed but he lacks any lethality to follow up with. What good is his power if it can't hinder or injure survivors? He even gets countered by a single flashlight, not even his great speed can outrun a source of light. This is some absurd gimmick from 2016 that has no room in the present day, remove this ridiculous handicap from him.
Next step should be to make the speedup to his cloaked actions part of his basekit without him needing to bring a green or purple addon every single time. Then you need to give him back his speedup after decloaking, without it he's completely unplayable. He's a 115% killer with no gapcloser or mindgame potential. You sincerely should consider making him the first 120% movespeed killer in the game if you're not going to return his speedup to him.
For the love of god, no amount of survivor nerfs can make this trash heap of a killer viable as long as the current map designs and basic human sense exist. He gets countered by pretty much everything.

He is severely hindered by the healing buffs, as his hit-n-run playstyle is rendered virtually useless.
I just played two games with him, running NWO, Brutal, Bamboozle, Fire Up (doing an old Archive for NWO).
First game, I 4k'd on Midwich while playing super nice (saw survivors and didn't chase them because they just came off the hook), but I didn't get the archive done because I apparently needed to kill everyone before the last gen popped.
Second game, I got steamrolled on Badham's, and felt bullied by the coordination and timing of survivors in the trial. Ended up being a really tilting match, but I blame the map more than Wraith.
Either way, he does feel underwhelming in chase. He is completely helpless on most pallet loops, and will be punished by players who know how to greed tiles. I really only lose against him when the map is favorable for his stealth and the other survivors dont pressure the objective

Call of Brine, Eruption, Dragon's Grip, Monstrous Shrine.
It's been working wonders for me.

He's even worse now, actually all stealth killers, now that spinechills nerf was reverted and given a super buff. Now any time a stealth killer is within 36 meters of a survivor, they are notified. Cant even crabwalk to sneak up on them. It disregards line of sight, disregards terror radius, and disregards any semblance of good game design. This perk alone completely invalidates stealth killers. Makes it literally impossible to sneak up on survivors making them just basic m1 killers with no powers.

Wait, you're telling me Spinechill is EVEN better now? I thought it was supposed to be nerfed? It now tells you the distance of the killer to the survivor basically? I thought it only worked if the killer had a terror radius to begin with.

It’s bugged it’s not supposed to be doing that

Not bugged. That's just how it is, now. 36 meters guaranteed notification. If the killer also happens to have a terror radius, then an additional feature kicks in of how close they are to you visual as well as an action speed buff if they have line of sight on you.
One of the BHVR team members responded to a thread saying that stealthers will have to stalk at 40 meters, now. Mind you, that's impossible for most gens and completely impossible on certain maps. As for wraith, well, he's SOL. Impossible to sneak up on survivors moving forward.

Alright, might as well delete Wraith, Myers, Pig, Ghostface and Sadako then.

Pretty much. Against stealthers, I don't even have to look around for them anymore. I just work on gens and if spinechill isn't active, I just chill...I know I'm in no danger whatsoever. No more paranoia, no jumpscares, no looking around and realizing Myers has been staring at you from behind. The moment it lights up, hide until spinechill deactivates, then I know I'm safe to hop back on. Situational awareness be damned.
My current setup is spinechill, deja vu, lightweight, and iron will (surprisingly still effective).

Honestly until they fix their horrible hit validation, I don't think he needs any buffs to his speed that's for sure. The server can't keep up with high mobility as it is, maybe give him new power interactions instead. Maybe allow him to phase through body blocking in his stealth form, or a dash/teleport across the map like how Dredge/Sadako or maybe nurse (obviously he can't attack during it so it won't be as problematic).

Wraith with 4 Gen-Perks and his fast kicking addons is nearly unstoppable.

Actually buff or rework freddy first (one of the worst killers in the game) then we'll talk

Well did you end up getting the challenge done at least?
Eventually?

Not with Wraith! I switched to Huntress, and got it done the following trial. I didn't want to spend any more attempts on the challenge than I needed to, so playing Wraith once more felt like it would have been a gamble 😅

Oh wow lol
Guess spinechill would be new meta now

Oh ok
I ask because i have the challenge "out isnt an option" in tome 9 but it doesnt seem to be counting when i stop the exit gates from being opened, whether or not the exit gates were powered

At least spine chill is not very used perk. But steath killers should be able to counter it bit more like it should warn if myers stalk you like 10s or if ghostface has stalked you halfway. So then it would not completely counter them.

That is the one I was doing!
I had to kill everyone before they finished the 5th gen. It doesn't count otherwise

Weird, thats what i did beforehand
Mabye i'll give it another go, thx
