Call of brine needs a slight adjustment

Hey i have been having a lot of survivor games ( still havent tried killer because usually at night its still 10 min queues when before was instant) but i have been facing a lot of only call of brine.

And i think like ruin call of brine should deactivate after the 1st person dies like ruin, have been in a lot of games os sadako which is good and facing it a lot if someone dies call of brine turn from a decent perk to go agaisnt to terribly hard push the last gens on 3 people alone because i have been facing a lot of hit and run playstile after we lost 1 survivor.

I think call of brine could stay the way it his but maybe eitheir deactivate or cut in half the its power after the 1st person death.

Also when trying to implement this idea i think they should consider dc's a death since hex ruin currently isnt being disable when people imeadtly dc on my games.

No, Call Of Brine is fine. It's easily counterable and one of the few good regression perks left.

COB is absolutely fine. Learn to hide nearby when the killer comes by, or be attentive to which gens have progress and make a point to tap them ASAP.

Asking killer perks to turn off when a survivor dies is like asking survivor perks to stop working once a few gens get done. The game isn't won yet and I'm still annoyed they salted Ruin's corpse with such a bad clause.

Lol. And all survivor perks should deactivate after the first gen is done.

    ...

    That was sarcasm.

The "deactives after a kill" condition sure wasnt a good idea if it made people think it'd be good on other perks. It was purely added to kill ruin, nothing else.

Ruin should not have that condition, break the totem and if someone dies before it is broken well you probably lost by that point anyways

Call of Brine 100% should not have that condition.

    • killer needs to kick a gen
    • only active for 60 seconds
    • can be countered by tapping the gen

it is perfectly balanced, as all things should be

Okay but we went from hit and run to kick hit and run, i understand that everyone this his balanced but pushing trough the last gen on 3 people is significtly harder.

Ruin and call of brine should have that condition if we already lost someone the game just makes soloq harder swf dont go down that easily.

Ruin was nerfed its gen regress, overcharge had its gen regress be ramp up, call of brine is still old ruin on kicks .

    few good?

Pain resonance is still 15% (good), eruption (good), overcharge is same thing but its literraly ramp up regression until the same level of call of brine(Call of brine more than good, and overcharge is good)

Some survivor perks work only once some gens are completed are usually between 1(the very powerful ones)-5 per match.

The idea of perks deactivating is mainly focused on soloq and the fact being 3 survivors vs 1 killer is extremely hard to win but still feasable . I dont see the gimick of now that i have 3 people left and they need 2 gens done to escape im gonna just wear them down by kicking the gen chasing them for 10 seconds which is gonna eat a bunch of progress and maybe get a hit until its really impossible for them to win.

Overcharge only becomes as strong has call of brine after 12 seconds, and CoB is also a info perk i dont see why the need to stick to old number or just making a 3v1 experience worst

Well, it’s the same as surv perks deactivated at egc

yeah perks eitheir have a limited number of uses or a cooldown or hook requirement. Cob doesnt any of those
