So I spent a few days playing killer, thoughts
So I haven't been able to play as much Killer as I've played Survivor since the patch, and just wanted to give my thoughts.
So I was right, Stealth is king. Everytime I load out a killer, I get stomped. Can't find anyone, anytime I do it seems they manage to sneak away unless I really commit to the chase. So, I have to go back and redo my perk load outs and make sure I put in some sort of aura reading or survivor locating perks to be able to keep pressure up.
So I still recommend taking OTR for all of the amazing benefits it bestows you.

Lethal Pursuer is your friend if you want to find Survivors

I'm also a big fan of sitting on a hill if you have a view of 4 or more gens from it. Why go looking for those filthy survivors? They'll show themselves eventually.

My go to build is Lethal, BBQ, Floods, Starstruck.
Its like crack, except more addicting.

Stealth has always been king, it's been that way from the beginning.
Especially on a coordinated SWF as they can avoid confrontation with the killer for at least 50% of the game.

There's only 1 perk you need to master to completely defeat stealth. Whispers. You're welcome.

Hills are probably better than Lethal, but only if you're playing Demogorgon or a Killer that can fly off of them

After reading these comments I've realized I under utilize the hills. Thanks for the tip.

That's why it was meta years ago.

I still use it as my prime way to detect stealthers, it works just as well today.

I can kind of see why whispers exist, but think about it if you were in the situation these survivors are in would you be running around all goofy or would you be hiding from the killer. Stealth should actually be a bigger part of this game because it kind of looks stupid otherwise. And to make that a possibility they would have to get rid of whispers. I only ever used it when I was learning killer. Maybe we should have skill levels for certain perks on both sides somehow. If you want to find survivors without that perk play as a stealthy survivor and learn all of the hiding spots and then translate that to your killer knowledge. You'll find them in no time.
