How to balance Decisive Strike to make some killers be afraid of tunneling.
4 sec stun. DS will deactivate by Conspicuous Actions or if The Gates are powered (all Gens done or Hatch closed) 60 sec perk duration after being unhooked.
It will also force the cooldown on some killers' powers such as Spencer's Last Breath (Nurse cannot instantly blink at you after DS), Yamaoka's Haunting for Spirit, DS will overheat Bubba/Hillbilly chainsaws forcing their cooldowns, will reset Doctor's Static Blast cooldown from 0, will reset Freddy's Dream Projection cooldown from 0, DS will force Legion's Feral Frenzy cooldown, DS will deactivate Corrupt Purge on Plague, Ghost Face's Night Shroud will enter cooldown from 0, DS will force The Demogorgon to wait the 10 sec cooldown to traverse the Upside Down (enter a portal), DS will remove the remaining Blood Fury meter for The Oni (his remaining ability goes to 0), Rites of Judgement will enter cooldown for The Executioner, Blight's Rush will enter cooldown starting with 0 tokens, the re-grow cooldown for Victor will start again from 0, Trickster will lose his remaining Main Event meter, The Artist's ability will enter the 15 sec cooldown and any remaining crow in the map will vanish with the DS stun, The Dredge's power will enter cooldown from 0 including Nightfall meter, if Nightfall is active in the exact moment DS stun takes place Nightfall will also vanish.
(5 sec stun is annoying and can be easily exploitable by good players, 3 sec is too low so I think 4 sec is the best in terms of balance)

How is DS going to affect Demogorgon?

DS needs to have its skill check removed and should be able to work every unhook. Considering its current state, those changes should help it have a bit more fighting power and be usable for all players.
I've already advocated for those changes, but I will keep using my voice.

In order for this to work, the game would need to be setup so the killer can commit to more than 2 chases against an efficient team before the whole thing is over. I understand that getting what you guys call "tunneled" doesn't feel fun, but in order to actually beat the top teams with the game in it's current state, you need to take every opportunity that presents itself or you just lose.
I'd also like to point out that there are two types of "tunneling," circumstantial and toxic:
Circumstantial tunneling is taking every opportunity that presents itself while defending generators/patrolling and should be understood in higher MMR lobbies by higher ranked players.
Toxic tunneling is literally ignoring every other aspect of the match just to smear somebody you don't like and is utterly despicable.
They are not the same thing.

Absolutely not. This is beyond overpowered. Don't get me wrong, I agree that DS does need a buff, but this is not the way to do it.
Completely shutting down a killer's power with a single perk is ridiculously overpowered. It doesn't need to do that.
All DS needs is the 5 second stun duration back. That's it. And maybe a small haste effect to help the survivor actually escape without getting downed soon after. Otherwise this perk is fine.
No need to make it overwhelming for the killer side.

80 second duration, 5 second stun. One time a game that deactivates during end game or conspicuous actions. Ez fix.
Tunneling would disappear over night, you wouldn't even need to run it.

The only way to make killers afraid of DS is when you stab them they die. Otherwise you'll just make them angry.

This extremely unfair for some killers and barely impacts others. For example, why would ghostface care if nightshroud is on cooldown? Meanwhile oni could lose a game by losing the entire rage bar.

I thought it just deactivated when you touch the gate, nope, it's useless as soon as the gens are done. Which makes the perk 5x worst. We need at least the 5 sec stun back.

In higher mmr but most killers tunnel in low and middle mmr at 5 gens. I don't usually tunnel even im in high mmr until 1 gen is left. That ends up me getting 1-3K. So I should tunneled at 5 gens thought... But agains't average or bad survivor tunneling is not needed to win they are easy to stomp on most killers. Some high mmr matched it's not needed as well if you dominate the game and play A or S tier killer. I thought I was gonna have hard game when I saw legacy skins but I pretty much ended up stomping them with executioner but I could not do that with trapper or wraith ever. As survivor when I get tunneled the reason is because I loop killer too long and he loses match while chasing me so I get hard tunneled after that for revenge. That is toxic and well tunneling really is only thing which makes me dc sometimes.
