How is this an argument?
Had a trapper on azarovs with corrupt, he had decent trap placement and 1 was super good and when he got a zarina, he came back for a trap and just camped her... like he legit had no reason to, we didnt do anything bad or gen rush or anything, and then a steve 1 for 1 with her to try and save her before the entity took her... instead he slugged steve and tunneled her out. he said gg to me and i said nah, and was called a baby because i cared he didnt play by the rulebook.
HOW IS THIS ABOUT A SURVIVOR RULEBOOK?! the survivors who care when you camp and tunnel at 1 gen left on ormond are the ones you should say this to, not the ones who are falling into your traps not swf and not genrushing, if you camp and tunnel at the start of a game then people are upset for a reason, and if you dont care then fine but i wish people would quit just saying oh killer rulebook and survivor rulebook after purposely ruining the game for someone, and if you do this type of crap withouit trying to win after a buff to killer then maybe you need to just try and chase people and see its not always so bad

ive never played that game, and i dont have an issue with camping itself, i have an issue with why people do it and how they go about it. if i had a bubba camp me from start and tell me it was because he wasnrt good and wanted to make it a 1v3 for an easier game instead of telling me off id be like ok i understand thanks and then give him tips and if a survivor was clicking at me at the start and teabagging but told me he had a chase challenge id be like i understand that, but everyone just turns to insults

None of those games you cited are asymmetrical.
OP in that circumstance all you have to do is trade and do gens. The killer will probably get a 1k, but whatever.

yeah ik and he had a 3k in my match because he did it at the start and instead of trading he tunneled and the other guy just gave up and with longer gens.... plus solo

Yes even with longer gens if you trade with each person taking their time on hook you'll get them all done. In this scenario the longer gens times are not of consequence.
One of the most annoying things to me is survivors feeding killers that do this extra kills by giving up. All they have to do is hang on and let their teams bang out gens and trade when they have to. I've had a few teams that know this and it's always gratifying.

I had a killer camp at 5 gens. Nobody was rushing, they weren't a bad killer either. When I asked why they did it they just said "cry". I swear, it's like I am playing against a bunch of 5 year olds who want cake and to eat it too and whose parents let them do whatever they want, so they just act like a jerk and when someone calls them out they act like a bunch of spoiled brats.

This is such a relatable post o m g.
Sadly, their fuel is our frustration, so I just make it a point to immediately move on after matches like this. It's hard, but even the slight satisfaction that they didn't get any response is just enough to make me BARELY want to try another match before I turn the game off because of what it's unfortunately become since 6.1. Still doesn't make it right, though, and it's relieving to know I'm not the only one who sees through gross behavior like that. Here's to hoping it will change sooner rather than later :)

Depending on where he downed and hooked Zarina, he had no reason to leave her

why to force a 3 gen? just because azarovs is good for that doesnt mean you need to do that sort of crap and on top of that if its his choice then fine but its not like anyone is a baby for being upset at such a style of gameplay

No, you are wrong. I said its ok for me and others to have negative feelings about it. That isnt being a baby, not liking the way he plaqyed isnt being a baby, nor is me asking him why. camping is never smart unless there is strategic reason but he didnt have a strategic reason, he never set up more than 1 trap over there and he didnt trade for hooks he legit was turning it into a 1v3, not necessary. if he was playing smart hed have set up a 3 gen with trapper and actually place traps and put some effort. doing the bare minimum not smart, and the only one being immature would be you for coming into a post and insulting someone for stating what most of the player base feels. Yeah camping and tunneling are fine gameplay styles but doesnt make them fun or fair in certain scenarios and its ok to call out bad mechanics. I bet if i was calling out swf youd be fine tho right?

never said swf is a bad mechanic, also entitled? i never said they had to explain why they did, i said i can ask why someone played unsavory and if they dont wanna answer then they are immature. its called conversation and discussion. you can opt out of it, but using insults and what ifs and whataboutism does NOT look good on you. and wanting an answer and asking for a discussion is not being a baby XD its called being a human being who wants to understand why someone would do something unfun for both sides with no real reason as far as I know. I think it would be a start to deny killers their power around the hook. Twins, Artist, Dredge and Pyramid Head (to an extend) can't use their powers. Why can Bubba or Billy use their Chainsaw? Why can Huntress or Slinger camp so easily?
