Idea: When the killer opens one exit, the other is blocked.

So far, I have only been able to make sense of the killer player being able to open an exit: To start EGC.
How about now, that when the killer player opens one exit, the other one is automatically blocked?
In case the NOED is used, the totem could be revealed a bit faster to the survivors.

Devs have said before that endgame is neutral ground and should favour neither killer or survivor. It's just a mechanism to ensure the game inevitably ends. That's why killer can open the gate as well as survivor

This would favor some killers such as Bubba or Billy to just camp the gate, so it's not a good idea
