At least for the people they bought the DLC when it was possible this should not be locked, it's dumb.
Was searching inner healing/inner strenth and did not found it cause it is on last page yellow but Nancy is P3 cause on old system she was P1
no shared perks:

they are general perks now. it's as if they have no teachable perks anymore.

i know this, but its not a good decision for the people that have that DLC.
