It requires me to make 10 survivors scream. I played a game with Doctor and at the end of the match, I got 0 progress in the challenge. What gives? Does shocking and survivors in madness III not count as screaming???

    Post it in bugs not feedback. It is currently bugged hopefully the more people that report it will get it fixed.
