I don't think it'd be too much and would offer him a lot. He's still in a passive state while cloaked, so it's not like he's going to become an anti-loop god. You might get less distance, but really Wraith has nothing outside of being able to catch up in chase. Him, along with most basic M1 killers, need reliable ways to deal with pallets. And this would give him that without having to stock up on a bunch of purple add-ons. Plus most maps have pallets or loop tiles right next to each other, so chaining tiles will still be as effective as it always has been.

    Wraith especially needs a reduced delay when revealing himself.

    1 second should be more viable than 1.6 seconds too long.

    IMO Wraith needs to a shorter uncloakcing time and/or not slow down as much. The add-ons even when stacked offer 20% faster uncloacking at best... Sadako is so much better at Hit & Run strat if that's what Wraith is supposed to be strong at. Plus her Manifesting/Demanifesting offers built in Mindgame, Wraith has no Mindgame, he either gets there first and bodyblocks or he's not gonna hit.

    People overreacted when he got changes and BHVR gunned for it immediatly like dummies.
