QOL suggestion. Make sounds of pain/sprint/vomiting/breathing a local option to be turned off/on.
An example of these options in a game. (Not naming the game because I didn't post it for that reason, only to shed light on some changes that need to be made.)

Since Iron Will was taken from us, a lot of us used it to keep from hearing noise from our survivors. Kind of ridiculous a perk was needed in the first place just to enjoy playing while your survivor is injured. Also an option like this would mean the killer and other survivors can still hear those noises so it's not exploitable.

This actually would impact game balance since background noises obfuscating noises the killer might make is I think meant to be part of the challenge (and vice versa, some killers making loud noises is meant to make it harder for them to hear survivors.)

I think it's a good idea, I also find some groans in the game annoying, and I disagree with the friend who commented above, wow, in this forum there's never anyone to support our ideas, only people to criticize negatively, that's why this game is always the same
But I liked the idea, I think it's valid, it has my vote =D

Everyone would just turn them off for an advantage at hearing where the killer is at all times.

QOL Change :
Let killers able to disable chase music in order to be able to hear survivors better when chasing them LMAO

They could make killer sounds quieter to balance it out. There's a slight advantage in hearing your killer if implemented but comparing chase music to that is out of proportion, as chase music being off is a significant advantage. I'm a killer main, but the few times I play survivor I always gotta hear crying/secks moans from them. Ugh...

Pretty sure this is exaggerated. If it were true IW would've been nerfed a long time ago. You can't hear the killer "at all times."

For vomiting, I can agree with this. It really bothers some people and Plague is as far as it gets from a stealth killer.
For all the other sounds, nope.
