Open handed not working with other perks

Open-handed is currently only working correctly with kindred. I was running it with dark sense, and inner focus but didn't get the additional ranges for the aura reading.
Reproduce steps- run open handed with inner focus or dark sense and notice the ranges they proc

- Situational Awarness/Better Together (never has)
- Dark Sense
- Inner Focus
- Wiretap on the PTB, was not acknowledged as a bug
