Wesker overall feedback (the good & the bad)
The Good
- Landing your power and hitting Survivors / trowing them on objects is very fun and feels good.
- Overall desing is pretty good (from look to chase music to his ability, all good)
- Voice lines are cool!
The Bad
- His power ability hitbox feels way too small.
- Since your power is easy to miss and it can pretty punishing if you miss (dash XX meters away for example), it's safe and better to just run up to them with basic attack which is more boring than using your power to down them.
- He feels bit clunky, because of his cooldowns and slow when charging your power.
- It is bit hard to dash next to objects (when trying to chase someone or just for mobility), since it feels like it is bit too sensitive if you are next to some object.
That's it for now. Thanks for reading!

So is it worse then Victor?
Seems kinda strange that they went with that instead of anything else

I think even Victor has bigger hitbox than him.

He's inconsistently fun, and consistently worse than Demogorgon

His hitbox feels awful. It looks like you hit a survivor but nope, game said no. Then there's the grab bug where the grab is completely ignored. Wesker feels worse than the PTB, honestly.

Damn... Ok then thanks for your feedback
I can't play right now but it is nice to know how the new stuff feels

Absolutely agree with this post. Wesker is far too weak with these hitboxes. You simply glide off of survivors, even at point blank. The counterplay to Wesker is to just put an object between the two of you, no matter what it is. This is very easy to do and just forces him to be an m1 killer, which is really boring for both sides. He needs some serious buffs. He also sometimes just lets survivors go once you grab them, which is massively infuriating.

I just had a match where I dropped a pallet on wesker at the end of his dash, he grunted like he got hit, but i still got brabbed through a wall. they need to fix the collision a little better

Pretty much you have to be very accurate when hitting survivors

They STILL haven't gotten around to fixing Sadako and people were expecting the next killer to not be complete garbo?
How many times does Lucy have to pull the ball away from you before you get what's going on, Charlie Brown?

Damn... it's going to suck on Console

playing against him sometimes i feel like the miss on me should have been a hit aye

Not really I play on Xbox and he felt very good to play as I felt no janky movements with him

Oh really... I play on Xbox as well
That's good

From another person's stream. His hitbox is smaller than his normal hitbox when using his power XD That's stupid lol.

I just played a match in haddonfield using him, I can't say which house, but there's a vault on a balcony, with the power it was a guaranteed hit since the vault is in a hallway, he was next to the "window" trying to bait, I used the power in the middle of the hallway, I missed him and passed him, but he was so close to the vault that I bodyblocked him, did the vault animation, locked the vault and instead of going to the other side I stayed on his side, and the vault locked with bamboozle
His hitbox is ridiculous, on ptb was broken and now is a . In the survs to hit

Oh also reading the comments here reminded me that I think there is one more problem: The recharge time feels bit too long IMO. Like it takes at least 5-6 sec to recharge one charge. I think it could be bit faster.

I'd rather have a precise hitbox for survivors and a forgiving hitbox with objects than a big hitbox where I hit the Survivors with a truck.
Many hits on the PTB felt unfair.
The grab bug is annoying though.

It gets faster the more people are infected.

He feels bit clunky, because of his cooldowns and slow when charging your power.
I just played 10 games with Wesker and this was the single biggest frustration for me. Charging takes way too long given the movement speed decrease. And with such a long cooldown given the small hitbox, it basically makes his power useless unless you can guarantee a hit out in the open.
Devs, this is not Nurse, where holding her blink to- charge is A-OK because she can then blink through walls. You've made it so that charging the power alone removes Wesker from the fight for what.. 2.5 seconds? Even if you manage to find a survivor dumb enough not to turn a corner during that time, the hitbox is ridiculously small and greater than 50% of my lunges missed even though they appeared on target.
As far as I'm concerned, Wesker in his current state is unplayable unless you like powerless M1 killers.

I bet they will pump out a hotfix which hopefully fixes some of his bugs and also increase the survivor detection range.
I hope it doesn't take until the midchapter for it to see the light of day.

Which isn't going to happen since sprays are so fast and plentiful.

Another thing that needs a fix. Maybe. I did not have a match yet where there were no boxes or sprays left.
At the moment everyone can cleanse 3x. That's too much for my taste since Wesker's 40m TR is probably because he can inflict 8% hindered. And that usually happens when you hit them with your dash anyway.
