of all the perks in the game, blast mine is the one you go for. why? who complained about this? this is one of the most unnecessary changes i could imagine, blast mine is literally as far from a strong perk as it gets but it was fun to use. now why bother running it when you can barely get use out of it anymore?

    per match you would get 2 uses at best now you get to never use it. I'd like to meet whoever thought of this change and ask them to explain their thought process because it just does not make sense at all
