The perk is already bad to begin with, hinging on your team losing...
...and for what? So you can look for the hatch in peace on an indoor map? It won't do anything if the killer SEES you on an open map

I agree. This honestly should just be a permanent thing. It only activates if you’re the last one standing so it’s already very situational.

Low Profile should always be active while you're the last sruvivor standing, and persist for a few seconds after you are no longer

You could also look at it as you have 90 seconds to revive the other dying survivor while you have no scratch marks, blood, or grunts of pain. And if you do then you'll get to use Low Profile again if they go down again.
