Wesker Should Have a Walking Animation Like Trapper or Plague

Wesker always menacingly walked in RE5 and him running in dbd doesnt look very scary, he looks kind of goofy. I propose, that he gets a walking animation as his base moving animation. The walking animation is also used whe he is carrying survivors, so i believe it should not be hard to do. Also his cloak has no physics anymore and it had physics in PTB, but this is a bug most likely.
