No Triggers on second hook stage when whesker charges someone else into you

WHAT TO ADD IN THE DESCRIPTION
Step 1 : Be hooked, hook stage 2
Step 2 : Whesker charges another survivor into you - You start to glow white, and triggers don't appear anymore
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: Feng Min
- Perks played: Lithe, Dance with me, quick & quiet, kindred
- Map: Yamaoka
- Frequency of the issue: Happened once, no idea if this has other effects on the gameplay
