Basically the visual indication for when a survivor holding a tape is switched around. For all the survivors, notice Rebecca in both images.

Yeah, I reported this during PTB and it got marked as acknowledged but they didn't fix it or even put it in the "known issues" section of the patch notes. :/
Hopefully they fix it via a hotfix soon, probably if they try and fix Wesker's bugs.
