Not completing rituals

Description: I was trying to complete a ritual were i have to "Level up Evil Within 4 times", but i cant. Ive played 2 matches but the game wont count the times i level up.
How often does this occur : Just happened.

this also happened to me with Evil Within ritual, mulitiple matches, multiple E.W III, no progress, ended up deleting the ritual to get a different one

Same thing. Evil Within 4 times, no progress made on it. A shame, this is one of the ones I like doing.
