Outbreak Breakout is not incrementing when described conditions are met
I just had a match where we had all 4 survivors up. We finished 5 gens and, I PERSONALLY, opened the gate and left. I was the first to leave. It did not increment the counter. I have 2/20 progress I am not sure why it worked other times, but I have escaped through the gate about 5 times now and it doesnt always work.

Same. I opened the gate with Wake Up! and left but did not get any progress towards the achievement even though all the gens were done at that point.

this is not similar. This is not an actual bug. It is a problem, but not a bug. It could be looked at as a gameplay enhancement or 'quality of life' enhancement. but the bug is that the achievement is not working as intended.
not trying to shoot you down, but as a developer myself its important to make clear distinctions on things like this. I agree with you though. it would be nice to have a way to obtain more map picker items
