Camping & Tunneling

There is multiple situations where i find myself or others being face camped or even them staying around the hook til the survivor dies. I believe if you want to help "Camping" i think spawning the killer on the other side of the map after a certain amount of time in the area would help. it would also encourage the health of dbd and as built in BT was a step in the right direction. I feel that the time for BT should be increased, and the endurance should last more than 1 hit making the effect still remain until the time is fully depleted.

Holy Christ ten second BT plus speed boost isn't enough? Of course it's not. It's never enough.

You're looking at the killer and going unga bunga killer bad with no consideration for how it would feel for the person playing the killer to be yanked to the other side of the map. No consideration for how demoralizing it'd feel for a double-endurance BT user to block you from doing anything for twenty seconds.

Must be a killer to assume everyone runs BT - the built in BT is worthless - killers just follow you for 2 seconds then knock you down. Sad killers have to play like cowards but until there is a harsh BP and PIP penalty it will keep on it's current pace.

As someone who plays both sides, it absolutely sucks to be camped and tunneled and recently it's been 100 times worse. I've even body blocked to the point of going down completely to give someone I just unhooked a chance and the killer STILL ignores an easy hook and wastes time tunneling. I know the killer can get penalized for wasting as much time as they do this way but the down side is I'm seeing it be more and more effective. Killers are tunneling and camping so more of the team is on altruism duty to try and prevent it, everyone goes down and no gens get done.

On the killer side, I'm seeing why killers are camping and tunneling. Survivors are playing like they've got nothing to be afraid of and it's frustrating, not to mention all the lag that's been going on compounding everyone's frustrations. I don't know what the solution actually is because it seems far more convoluted than to put one thing down and say "this will fix it" but they definitely need to do something.

BHVR has always maintained that camping and tunneling are part of the game mechanics but it's getting to the point where I think they're going to have to make a decision whether to support it or to start punishing for it because what they're doing now does not work. Every time they try to put something anti-tunnel in, the killers seems to take it as a challenge to prove they'll do anyway.
