NOED prerequisite idea

Similar to how No Way Out requires multiple hooks to get maximum value I feel like Hex: No One Escapes Death should come with some sort of prerequisite

Maybe something along the lines of “every survivor you hook becomes cursed, once all generators are completed all cursed survivors suffer from the exposed status effect”

This would not only discourage tunnelling but make the perk a lot more skill based with counter play from good survivors, i.e you want all survivors exposed? Hook everyone at least once. Zero hooks all game? No one is exposed.

A change like this would make the perk much more healthy as it wouldn’t effect good killers who are using the perk for a strong endgame build, it would only punish bad killers who rely on it

Also just for the record I play about 60/40 killer- survivor with a slight bias towards killer before I’m accused of hating killers.
