Three Concerns About The Slugging/Baseline Unbreakable Changes.

Overall, I think it's a positive change.
However, there are three scenarios that are worrying.
- Twins unfortunately revolves around slugging, and if Victor gets a down on the other side of a big map, it's entirely possible that people will be able to pick themselves up before Charlotte can get there.
- Sometimes, there's a back-and-forth fight over a down, generally where a pallet is involved. This makes that scenario really advantageous for survivors, as the killer will now almost inevitably lose the survivor.
- The biggie - there are still spots on some maps (not being specific, but I know of plenty) where you can either get downed deliberately and be impossible to pick up, make an area unhookable with a single sabo (Eyrie has problems with this) or the infamous double-locker-flashlight scenario where duos run flashlights and immediately head for a pair of lockers when chased, in order to guarantee an unstoppable save. The counterplay to these right now is slugging, and with this it's going to be even more of a chore. A survivor abusing an 'unpickupable' spot is going to be able to troll the game for ages now.
Hopefully this is all considered before this change goes live.

I do think that hooks should no longer despawn when a survivor dies on them in order to reduce the amount of truly unhookable areas that can be made. Other than that, I actually think these changes are fine if they do a reasonable rework of Twins.

My big concern is the spots where you can't pick survivors up. There are still too many of them, and every so often I find a person (or worse, a team) who know where they are and will use them to BM constantly by forcing you to slug camp them.
