Should he be added to the game? He'd be a very interesting killer. Like maybe instead of flying his power could be to gain some benefits from sacrificing survivors like in the movies like faster speed, breaking pallets, vaulting, or faster stun recovery. Just a thought

I'd rather see an original Killer design that is similar to The Creeper, but no I highly doubt they will mess with the official pedo character.

Actually I can't find any dev post saying they are never going to add Jeepers Creepers. The closest thing I could find was in 2018 they said "it wasn't a license they were looking into." As far as I can tell that was the only official statement on it and that was 4 years ago.
So yeah, they're probably not interested in it for various reasons, but unless I missed something it doesn't look like they said anything really committal either way.

I would seriously love it, though.
Imagine you are working on a gen and minding your own business, when you hear a "Ssssssssss" and suddenly everything explodes and you are put into the dying state, while the killer has to respawn in order to pick you up.
And yes, that's the only Creeper that should make it into the game :>

Probably not. Not even for the obvious reasons, but for the idea of "what would he even do in-game"?.
Far I know he doesn't have much uniqueness rather than flight which probably is no go anyway.
