Make shattered hope base kit or nerf boons to the ground.
So survivors can just boon in a few seconds, we kick the boon, they do it again. Repeatedly. The most problematic case here is CoH. It gives a huge advantage for the survivors. And they can just boon and boon again. I have got nothing else to say. CoH is a problem.

If you hunt survivors efficiently the boons shouldn't affect you as much.

Boons help camping and tunneling because with 1 less survivors they can't get enough benefit from it though.

Killer waiting on 1 spot won't do anything to boon. Only active killers snuff boons. Campers don't have time and don't move thru map. Boons have better value against campers. So it's the opposite IMO

Disagree all you want but... how do these relate?
If you're being tunneled, a boon won't help. If you're being camped a boon won't help, unless you mean your teammates healing to go for a save.
Furthermore, it's an absurd whataboutism. BS on one side doesn't excuse BS on the other.

You want to butcher one of more used survivor perks even though the game is already stacked against survivors (61%). I say ok. Do it. But first fix the most burning issue survivors suffer from. Camp & tunnel

Butcher it? You are vastly underestimating how strong CoH is.
Furthermore, again, 60% is the GOAL for killrates by the devs. I can see why since there a lot survivors can do to immediately lose a game (giving up on first hook, solo queuing (base Kindred when?), or generally just bad luck and having someone die early.) ONE person not pulling their weight can kill everyone else. So yeah, kill rates should be between 2 and 3, typically on the lower side of 2, which 2.4 is.
Both these things were nerfed when base BT was added and buffed. If you want bring perks into the equation, then while DS was nerfed, we still have OtR to ensure the killer has to power through some sort of defense to tunnel, AND had Reassurance added to nerf camping .

People complain about Boons. The problem is not Boons. It's never been Boons.
It's one specific Boon.
We all know which one it is.
If you hear a boon get made, you know exactly what it is and why it's so important for you to get rid of it.

We're basically stuck between two extremes. CoH on the strong end of boons, and Dark Theory on.... whatever that thing is.

Killers won't do anything but Survivors wasting 16 seconds on something that doesn't help their team does.
Like, who needs boons when killers decide to not deal with them anyway.
It's an indirect buff to camping.

you can't go solo rescue against camper. There needs to be at least 2 survivors, otherwise you get grabbed (almost guaranteed). Also once you rescue, people need to go heal so that they can trade once more (and at minimum 1 newly injured survivor is result of this - probably more). The boon speeds up healing. If it's well placed, boon speeds up this process (but is also potential time sink if booner looks for boon for too long or if he boons too far away from camping spot for it to be worth the travel time). Meaning boons do help against campers. Just not always and of course way less then say reinsurance.

I would't use bad luck reason to buff kill rates. Killers have bad luck all the time too losing games.

I don't buy that. Multiplayers should not favor one side. Devs should not have favorites. Killers being weak for a long time is as bad as survivors being bad now.
If survivors suffer for someone else, why punish them twice by making sure they WILL die for bad matchmaking? If anything you should make the probabilities swapped - and yet I don't advokate for 39% killrate. I want fair games. 50%. Ideally across all MMR levels.

The only problem is boon circle of healing, compare it to the other boons and they are balanced. Because they work when the killer is nearby, not like CoH.

and by balanced you mean you practically never see them in game if not with combination with CoH.
If this is balance, then I think e.g. territorial imperative is also balanced and it's good idea to bring eruption to same balance level.

I see you didn't notice patch 6.1 and 90 second gens. Well. The game changed. Genrush is no longer possible against camper

Well, asking to "Nerf boons to the ground" implies that it be butchered. I don't deny CoH's strength, but it's like the only boon that you get the most value out of while the killer is away. Of course it's going to be the strongest. Of course its one of the better ones to run solo.
Either find and snuff the boon, or use it as bait. Legion and Plague can make CoH pretty useless and completely ruin healing builds in general. Otherwise you could just run perks and add-ons to counter healing too if you're expecting CoH every match.
