As per title. Fun Fact,a similar,but I believe plainly bugged behavior is present on the PTB rn

You cannot craft it while carrying an item and it doesn't get an icon or anything. I think it's just bugged.

I mean considering killers turn into absolutely horrifying monsters when they Mori on the PTB, it's hard to know what's just a visual bug and what's not intended.
