I can level them but the error comes everyrime

I tried three times on Kate before it worked... so I'm not sure. Try switching to a different character and level them?

Same - tried to prestige Jeff, yet I have the bloodweb error all the times (same thing had @crystalkitti in thread https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/340859/bloodweb-bug in video). Next level (for me 25) don't load, and after like 30 sec or so i'm getting kicked out with bloodweb error and keep getting kicked out to title screen. EDIT - It didn't allowed me in like 5 tries, same thing. Leveled mostly Jill instead, yet i want to prestige Jeff too.
