I don't remember the exact way is was, but wasn't any non licensed skin for shards supposed to happen? I could be misremembering but thought it was going to be a thing .

    Yeah but slowly 4 characters per round not all together

    We are gradually adding Iridescent Shards prices to ALL non-licensed outfits, both existing and future.

    Going forward, new non-licensed outfits will release with their usual Auric Cell price, receiving an Iridescent Shard option 4 weeks following their debut.

    They did the first batch, but they didn't give us any information on how long it'll take to do this for all of the non-licensed characters.
