Gen regression while deadlock is active

We had a gen about 75%

Killer kicked it, few seconds later a gen got done and this gen got blocked. Instant worked on it after deadlock was done - about 20%.

No pop by killer. But Overcharge and Call of Brian.

  Just to add to this, this happens with all gen-blocking, not just deadlock.

  This has been a problem for several months.
