Incentive to play different Killers idea
Do you know how there is the xp bonus each day when playing a role for the first time? Well what if this bonus xp applied to each Killer on their first round of the day? Would incentive playing more Killers instead of the same Blight, Nurse, Huntress, Wesker, Legion rotation for more xp!

I wouldnt disagree. Actually, I play various killers anyway.
At first, I mostly played Freddy, Pig, Sadako and Demo.
Now, I play literally every killer besides 3.

Hillbilly, Bubba and Pyramid Head. I just dont like the designs of them.
I only play them for the Steam-Goals. If I get a daily, I swap it. 🙃
Every other killer gets his time. Of course, some are more rare than others. For example I played a lot of Hag and Spirit in the last few days, but I rarely touch Oni or Dredge.

If you tell me I can get 100% BP bonus on Nurse, Blight, Spirit, Wesker, Legion, Huntress, and I'm already comfortable with those killers, I just have no reason to go play other killers, I would just have to go back to the same ones every night to get my daily BP XP.
Your idea does not take into account the feelings of the player, when he plays a killer.
That's why it's not viable.

maybe make other killer fun to play so there is reason to choose other killers?

I'm sure for many people that wouldn't change who they play as. I can say that wouldn't really give me a reason to play other killers. Even though I do rarely play the game, there is a reason I only play certain killers.

Making some Killers fun to play takes time and effort tho, this could be an easy incentive in the meantime, it wouldn't guarantee that people would play other Killers, but for people who want Shards I think it would do the trick.

Maybe fixing the reasons why players don't play every Killer... that might be something to do

no, i'd rather not be funnelled into playing killers i don't like or find fun to play
