Remove DC penalties for Weskin Time

7 minutes is all I can spare to play with you, remove the dc penalty time so I can only spare 7 minutes for the poor performing survivors. Indeed they deserve little time, do this for a few days upon his release.
This should only work for Weskers as we are the superior killer and person in general
