PC - Bloodweb bug, have to buy same perk twice

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Go the bloodweb of any character that still has perks available to buy.
Step 3 : Buy a perk (in this case the perk was at level 3) at the bloodweb and progress to the next one
Step 4 : Notice that on the next bloodweb, the perk you just purchased and used bps on, is there again, as if you didn't buy it.
Additional info:
- The characters which happened with were Felix Richter and Albert Wesker (don't believe it's related to them).
- Perks don't matter, the bug is bloodweb related, but anyways Brutal Strength, Hex: Plaything, Call of Brine, Eruption.
- Map: none.
- Frequency of the issue: happened twice in 2 days.
- This is not exclusive to killers, as i got the same bug yesterday when leveling up Felix (i unfortunately don't have any clip of that, as it caught me by surprise).
- That was the last perk i had to buy with Wesker, but that's not the trigger because when the same thing happened with Felix i still had perks to obtain.
- Both times it happened, the perk i was buying was at tier 3, if that matters.
In my case it happened on PC, Windows 11 Pro (if it matters), Steam version of the game.

I have the same issue. Happened on The Pig and Pinhead for me, avoiding using bloodweb for now.
