Just happened to me 3 games in a row, thank god i already have all adepts, but this is making my rankup to iri 1 way slower

Any updates? I want to play again but it feels horrible to have all your effort just denied and wasted because of a bug.

If you want to double pip or easily pip once play pyramid head. Leave two survivors. For your last one to kill keep tormented second to last whatever you need i suppose and make sure the tormented can be caged last. You will iri your emblem so long as you kill the second to last somehow and cage the last survivor. This has gotten me from iri 4 to iri 2 in like 8 matches. It helps a ton.

@ Devs, please compensate Killers who reached Iridescent 1 despite the bug. I stopped counting how often I missed the double pip because of that.

I seek to adept the nurse ,I am ash 2 is it possible to get it?
Someone clarified on another topic that it was people in iridescent rank who couldn't get adept, is it possible to get adept if you are below red rank ?

This isnt the place to ask but I understand.
To get adept on a killer you need to get a Merciless (2 pips). This is easiest in Ash and Bronze as you only need to get 14 points allowing 2 gold or 1 silver. In Silver and gold you need 15 points allowing 1 gold. and in Iri you need all 16 points or 4 iri emblems
The bug as it currently is only counts kills if there is a living survivor in the trial. So the last kill does not count unless a survivor is still alive and has not escaped the trial yet. So you can still get gold devout by having hooked everyone, killed 3 and have 9+ hooks. Based on this you can still get Adept as long as you are not in Iri ranks, only exception being if a survivor dcs on hook as it will count both as a sacrifice and a dc.

It's impossible to double pip as killer in the iri ranks because of this bug x.x.
EDIT: added pictures of me getting the bug on PC. The DC was the first player to go, but I had over 9 hooks including them

Has anybody tried using a mori on the last player? If it only counts sacrifices where there's still a living survivor(not including the one you're killing), would a mori, using a slightly different scoring mechanism, count?

Pretty sure Moris and Sacrifices count the same for the scoring system.
The only one that doesnt appear to do so is Quitters, since people have reported that a DC will count the 4th survivor.

Mori's will not work on the last person either. Tried with both a Mori and Rancor. Also as for new information if the last person DCs they also will not count.
I just had a game. 4th person DCed did not count. The only thing I think does count is if you hook somone and they DC before they die it counts as both a sacrifice and a DC.

I just had a game where that happened and it worked. The David DCd as I hooked him a third time. Feng escaped via hatch, but still got merciless killer, double pip on iri.

Same problem for xbox too last sacrifice does not count in stats and in devout emblem. So it's imposible to +2 pip in iridescent grade and harder to pip in lower grades too. And worst part is it also makes it easier to depip. Hope this is fixed when the grade reset happens.

As soon as I reached Iri 1 it started working. Literally the first game after reaching Iri1, I got an Iri Devout emblem

Eventually, the Grade-Reset-Day was reached without any fixes being made.
It seems that the devs failed to realize how much this bug had demotivated the players. It's really sad that they can't get their priorities straight.

Agreed. Very disappointing. I've only been getting on to do dailies and that's it, and even then it's harder than it should be when you're supposed to get a certain amount of sacrifices, it always counts 1 less than what you actually got.

Even though there will be a 6.4.0 chapter the week after next, I have to say that not adding a hotfix patch to fix such a serious bug was neglecting us players and prioritizing the schedule.

Seriously. Like what are they thinking? This is a huge, very obvious bug that has been impacting every killer player in the game for a month now, and they've made absolutely no comment on it. Just quietly marked it as "acknowledged" here where 99% of the player base is never going to see it.
They need to make a tweet and explain what is going on and how/when they intend to address it.
Why is this taking so long to fix? This isn't some small bug. It's massive.

This bug made me quit the game. No point in grinding for Iri 1 anymore. Time to play CoD anyways.

I wonder if for the evil incarnate (success of myers) it could work this way? if a survivor disconnect when we mori him and we kill 2 others? could this work?

Well, managed to get rid of 3 adepts, Hag, Twins and Cannibal.
But man, it was rough due to the Devout bug costing you points, and Twins was downright misery...
They have to fix this already

The most frustrating thing is that it has NOT been acknowledged as a known bug in the release notes. I would feel much better if they actually said what was causing it and when it would be fixed.

I'm not level grinding this month until it's fixed, this is ridiculous and should have been dealt with a month ago.

Has it even ever happened in the past? I feel like if it was a survivor bug it would have been addressed much earlier... (for the good). I start to think they are not rushing the fix because of some sort of statistics they want to somehow keep. Something altering the quality of experience to this level is very strange doesn't get fixed within days.

It would certainly be nice to get some communication from BHVR on this bug. Do they need more information from people to try to track it down or do they have everything they need, or will it be fixed in the next update? I mean, it's been like this for almost two months now, I believe. That's a long time for killers to be bugged and loosing out on blood points and grades.

I've heard of this bug and its apparentlly related to the 4 mori Myers achievement also being impossible right now?
But what is also confusing to me is I have gotten Merciless like 4 different times on 3ks. I thought you needed a 4k to get a Merciless?

If your grade is not iri, you don't necessarily need 4K. If you get Double-Pipping in a match, you will be "Merciless Killer".
