I love getting dodged in lobbies or get tunneled/face camped almost every game! It’s so fun, makes me wonder why I play this game sometimes. Why can’t you let us see the prestige levels during end screen and not pre-lobby? This is not fun, every game is the same.. me getting chased the entire game and Killers nodding and shaking no when I mess something up. Do something about this BHVR!

  • I highly doubt this has anything to do with your prestige level.

I do agree that prestige should only be shown post-game, if ever.

Not only are a lot of killers dodging lobbies whenever they see high numbers (which is their prerogative), but it can make killers who don't more anxious to play, for an already stress-packed role. I got a P93 in my lobby the other day, and it was definitely nerve-wracking even if everything ended up going well (I did get destroyed, but not BM'd or anything bad).

I quit putting the p100 on because I was getting dodged, as for in game I noticed I'm left more if I run p100 , they'll initiate chase and try and play hit and run because even though prestige doesn't equal skill they see the 100 and respect the potential that I could loop them longer than they'd like

Honestly I think the game would be better off if the lobby wasn’t visible. Just have it so when you click Ready it sets up a match behind the scenes and simply sends everybody to it, no campfire lobby at all so no lobby dodging occurs. You lose a bit of survivor chatter before the match and the killer doesn’t immediately know what items are brought but those are relatively minor downsides in my opinion compared to the benefit of eliminating lobby dodging.

No, he's right. I will tunnel the p100 out first and humiliate him in front of the other survivors because I can. If I didn't have that indicator I would have to choose a target in the old fashioned way. Bill always first.

Ehm... Any other note? I don't think being high on prestige is related to being tunneled or anything. It does become like that if you bring map offerings/4 items and you come to take chase at the beginning of the match. I see someone taunting me after they came tryharders I tunnel them out of the game xD

Generally you do something to merit a camp/tunnel OR it's a brain dead killer that would do it anyway.

If you see the killer dodge your lobby, leave that lobby and requeue. The matchmaker basically turns itself off in 'emergency' mode to fill that vacant slot as fast as possible. So a killer dodging the lobby means that group of survivors is probably going to get a killer way outside their pay grade.

Or you could pull the last second swap to your high prestige character if you have a nearby level 5 or so.
