Replace Clown's intoxication screams with a killer instict.

I'm so tired of scream mechanic. If you play survivor and somebody screams but don't get static background, it's a clown, keep doing what you doing because people just pre-drop and get away.

Screaming is so dead giveaway that he is busy and survivors can do anything.

    I am fine with the scream, what I am not fine with is the fact that the scream cannot stop the Survivors from vaulting and dropping a pallet or doing any action; like what Doctor can do. It would be nice quality of life improvement if hitting a Survivor directly with the bottle has some advantages in skill play, like increased the duration of not being able to interact with anything for like a extra second or two.

    It might be iron maiden causing them to scream
