Pointless pallet change, dull texture getting me killed having to take a double take every time I play on coldwind the ######### be blending in

I hate it too. Yet another change that nobody was asking for and makes the game worse for a lot of player

Really wish they'd revert it. Zero reason to change them. And I can't see them on the new map for the life of me

Not a fan of the new pallets. I don't know why they wasted their time on them when they've already had multiple graphic reworks - who was complaining about their looks to get yet another graphic rework?
They wasted time/resources giving pallets another graphic rework instead of focusing on the fog that looks horrible on alot of maps (Farm map looks like random little bits of exhaust) and the fog causes performance issues because it's poorly optimized. Focus should be on that instead of pallets that were fine as they were.

Yeah they had this model for months but still couldn't change the fragments to resemble the current fragments. Still crazy how they had this model for so long, accidentally leak it themselves in a patch, then couldn't even change the fragments from the old pallet to be the new one.

Exactly. Nobody was asking for this change, yet someone at BHVR decided this was a priority when there are 1000 other issues with the game that continue to get ignored. Super frustrating, but I guess people keep playing the game so the devs don’t see any problems here

Yes there very ugly looking and blend in so well with the new map that I mistake them for clutter.

They do look terrible. The quality control department at BHVR must be blind if they think this new pallet texture is an "upgrade". Clearly someone up there wants this game to fail. Slowly but surely some developer is taking their sweet revenge out one false compliment at a time...

Yea its just way to dull, they changed it for no reason the old look for pallets and walls were perfect.

i live in europe, so i insist on EUR-pallets. they are smaller and don't hurt the killer that much.

If you would like the devs to take your feedback serious, I'd probably not say it in a way that sounds insulting. XD
That being said, I don't like the new pallets, at all. It's hard to spot them at a glance due to blending in with other clutter in the map. Their cullers are so muted and dull. They really need to "pop" more.

The new pallets look like a drunk redneck was trying to make a box spring mattress and got distracted halfway through.

There are no physics to these new pallets. The old pallets reacted to how the killer kicked them, these just break on the final hit.
