Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Cursor bug is now happening every single match.
In your post to the public on social media, the cursor bug is listed as only happening sometimes. Well as of today, on PS5 anyways, the cursor bug is happening every single match for both survivor and killer. No matter how many time you restart the game, the cursor bug is there rendering the game unplayable because you can't move your character.
It says this won't be fixed until Hotfix 2 so we can't play the game now for 11 days?!?!

I just started getting it today and nothing I've tried, not even the devs "work around" has worked. It's so dumb.

1st game for me today, all survivors in game can not move...

Same for me (PS5). Since Tuesday I would maybe get one match in 3-4 to work but today no matter what I do it’s happening. I can restart, immediately load up and go into a game. Not looking at anything or touching the archives and it’s happening. Restart, same thing. It’s getting worse not better.

Same for me (PS4). It's really frustrating and I also lost a lot of points, addons and rank progress.

Happened to me. Had to move over to Xbox. Gee, maybe if they gave us cross platform progression (overwatch, cod warzone, etc), it wouldn't be as big of a deal 🤡
Now I'm forced to smurf 🤷♂️

It has to do with quests in archive. If u select a new one. Then restart the game and don't go to archives. Works for me till now.
