The Knight is BHVR's biggest dissapointment
From my time playing the newest killer, The Knight, ive discovered that his power is almost entirely useless for anything but camping. You cant use it in chase, because the survivors can see it, and you cant see them. Even if you place a guard directly on top of a survivor, theyll be long gone by the time the guard spawns. If they somehow arent, youll be far enough that that the chase extends for another gen. There are very few situations where using your power is the right choice. The three options are far too different, and not being able to cycle through them punishes you for using them. If i use one guard for its intended purpose, the next guard i get may not be at a point where its purpose is useful (like needing to break a pallet with the assassin). How did we go from Wesker-who managed to perfectly balance using his power or not-to the knight, who i genuinely think is the worst killer in the game now.

"biggest disappointment"
Release Freddy would like a word.

release freddy was at least accurate to the character. The only viable way to play the knight is by dropping his guard at a pallet, making him a worse and less fun/skillful artist

he’s good at securing a three gen and holding it until the server shuts down. That’s it.

Well just like Sadako, Bhvr went safe and gave us killer that got every limited becouse the devs think survivors are idiots.
Cool concept for Killer, i love his heavy footsteps and sounds of his armor. Too bad he is so boring.

I remember how frustrating he was, specially after the nerf, but he was still far better and more fun than the Knight.
The Knight feels like a killer with no power most of the time, as he doesn't have control of his power, that belongs to an AI. That is worse than the Twins at release and original Legion, who had a broken, exploitable, bland and uncreative power, but at least it DID something.
